I've been thinking about this one for a while. Initially, the thought was to have 200 minor leaguers allowed per team. This is what is written in the constitution:
"Additionally, each team will be allowed a 200-man roster of minor league players. Players on the 40-man (but not the 25-man) and players in the paid minor leagues will count against this 200 player limit."
But I'm wondering if that is too confusing like Angels' owner Wood pointed out. Would it be in the best interest of the league to not count players on the 40-man and paid minors section as minor leaguers so the 200 limit only applies to prospects?
Vote in the poll and/or let me know what you think.

I will mend the constitution to say that the 200 limit will only apply to prospects, not 40-man players or paid minor leaguers.
