I'm not sure if we have something like this already, but I figured I would mention it anyway. I think it would be cool if we had a 5-10 round prospect draft at the offseason. This would include all prospects not on a team. Whether there was a breakout prospect not drafted in the initial draft, you didn't have enough picks to get all of your players, or there were some Amatuer draft players left over that you think are good, you could pick them all then. I also think we could format it like a Rule 5 draft, where if a team has no one they want they can just pass. I think this would be cool to have.

This is already in place. Termed as the MiLB draft in section 6 of the constitution. Love the enthusiasm though haha.
