Initial Power Rankings

Hello Saber Dynasty,
I am going to be running a weekly power rankings for the league. I have come up with a formula that will be used to calculate these rankings based on strength of matchup and margin of victory/loss. This means I will be consistently publishing them within a few days after the week is over. With the rankings will be a few sentences recapping each teams week. For deeper explanation on the formula, the margin of victory is obviously simple. The strength of matchup will be based on the previous weeks power rankings. However, this means that there has to be an initial power rankings. I am going to be using the Mariners' power rankings from earlier in the year because those were computer based, as are mine. I recognize that they are outdated, but when I tried to create a more up to date power rankings, I found myself unhappy with the results. We also needed initial power rankings soon as we are already nearing the end of week one. If one of you can compile a list ranking all of the team, we will replace the current list with that. But for now, these are what we will use for the initial rankings:
