This one is simple:
EVERYONE
Previous owner didn't leave me many top shelf assets and I missed half of the draft (12 straight picks) so I don't even have any depth or upside really to speak of.
Anyone on my 25/40 man is available. Looking for prospects and draft picks, but prefer the former.

As always I'm looking for prospects and draft picks
I figure I'd give some valuations of players I have to set the pace for negotiations (Pos/Player/DOB/Salary/Terms)
1B Ryan Zimmerman 9/28/1984 $5,750,000 2019-2020P
I know he's not young anymore but he's not that old. 31 years young and projected for a 110 wRC+ and above average/ISO and well above average slugging. Only a year removed from back-to-back 120 wRC+ seasons.
Seeking: likely a top 100 prospect and a flyer
2B Aaron Hill 3/21/1982 $500,000 2016
Hill is who he is. Older and not very productive but he's cheap enough to be your backup 2B. I might even pay his whole salary for 2016 if you ask nicely. Free with no strings attached is nice, right?
Seeking: Your 4th round draft pick or flyer prospect. Maybe less.
3B Manny Machado 7/6/1992 $23,300,000 2020-2021P
Machado is my best player probably. He just had a wRC+ as good as Kris Bryant and is a few months younger than Bryant. 20 steals, possibly 30 HR, mid-.300 OBP, and you get to at least brag about the defense even if you don't get credit for it. And you get a QO probably when he leaves your team.
I'm willing to cover salary.
Seeking: Probably looking at two top prospects, a flyer, and a draft pick.
OF Gregor Blanco 12/24/1983 $600,000 2017
I think you're gonna underrate Blanco. He had a 120 wRC+ last year which was as good or better than Pederson, Upton, Betts, and Heyward. He's projected for a ~110 wRC+ next year too...and look at that 10% walk rate. That's nice.
Seeking: A top 100 or so prospect, and a flyer or a draft pick.
Willing to pay his salary for '16 and '17
OF Daniel Nava 2/22/1983 $400,000 2016
Who really cares? He's cheap and he'll probably platoon. Need a backup player or someone to stream? Nava could be your guy. He hits lefties, I guess...
Seeking: Four 4th round pick or a flyer. Maybe less.
OF Brandon Barnes 5/15/1986 $400,000 2016
See: Nava, Daniel. At least he's playing in Colorado?
1B/3B Joey Terdoslavich 9/9/1988 $400,000 2016
I genuinely had to look him up when I looked at my roster I took over. Well, at least he's been good in AAA and it's not like the Orioles have a killer outfield to compete against.
I'll pay his salary too. Could be a late blooming breakout candidate and there's some decent walk rates.
Seeking: You tell me...
2B/SS Brendan Ryan 3/26/1982 $400,000 2016
Seeking: Buy me a Starbucks giftcard and he's yours...
UTIL David Ross 3/19/1977 $400,000 2016
Schwarber and Montero can't catch all 162 games, right?
Seeking: You tell me... SP Noah Syndergaard 8/29/1992 $17,230,000 2020-2021P
Projections: ~3.00 FIP, 26% K%, playing on an playoff contender (QS), ~1.00 WHIP. Maybe even Collins will let him gets some saves and holds too.
As with Machado, I'll cover some of his salary.
Seeking: Two prospects, flyer, and draft pick(s)
SP Daniel Norris 4/25/1993 $6,150,000 2020-2021P
You don't get any fantasy points for a heartwarming cancer story, but Norris also happens to be good at throwing a baseball too. He's young and controlled for a long time with a guaranteed starting spot. He was a top 20 prospect 12 months ago.
Seeking: two prospects perhaps, flyer, and possibly a pick
SP Wily Peralta 5/8/1989 $3,900,000 2019-2020P
Peralta is a fine enough back end starter. He could be cheaper and I'll pay some of his salary too.
Seeking: Prospect and a pick
SP Kyle Gibson 10/23/1987 $5,700,000 2018
Gibson is uninspiring but probably better than you might think. ~4 FIP and plays at a suppressive HR park.
For the right price I'll cover all his salary for '16, '17, and '18
Seek: Prospect or two and a pick or flyer
SP Shane Greene 11/17/1988 $1,400,000 2017-2018P
He plays for the Tigers. Literally on any given day he could be their #1 starter or their closer. Also he was pretty good in 2014 before being hurt in 2015. Maybe you could even call him a strong sleeper.
May be willing to cover all his salary for the remainder of his contract.
Seeking: A prospect and pick/flyer
RP Burke Badenhop 2/8/1983 $800,000 2017
Badenhop had a 3.08 FIP in 2014 and a league average FIP for relievers in 2015. That's really it but hey he's probably going to maybe make it on the Nationals!
I'll cover all his salary
Seeking: You tell me
RP Bryan Shaw 11/8/1987 $4,500,000 2018
Shaw is going to be ~50% of all the games the Indians play. The WHIP is fine, the K's are league average, and he is top 10 in holds with the next in line spot for saves.
Will chip in for salary.
Seeking: Prospect and a flyer or a pick
RP Luke Gregerson 5/14/1984 $3,950,000 2018-2019M
Gregerson isn't going to close thanks to stupid Ken Giles but he'll get a ton of holds and some K's.
As always...salary will come alongside him.
Seeking: Prospect and a flyer or a pick
RP Arodys Vizcaino 11/13/1990 $2,500,000 2019-2020P
You get Vizcaino for several years and he's cheap. Meanwhile the Braves are probably going to trade Grilli or demote him if he sucks. That's when Viz will get you some saves. Meanwhile, he'll rack up some holds. And hey, maybe the Braves trade him too.
Will cover some salary
Seeking: Prospect or two and a flyer/pick RP James Russell 1/8/1986 $400,000 2016
Russell could at least help you bring your FIP down if you're struggling...
He'll come free of salary burden for 2016
Seeking: You tell me
SP/RP Tim Lincecum 6/15/1984 $1,000,000 2017
Back-to-back Cy Young awards Four straight All-Star games Babe Ruth Award Golden Spikes Award 3x NL Strikeout Leader
Okay. Stop reading now and trade with me for that player!
He's free for the next two years and maybe he'll do something.
Seeking: You tell me
