Opinions on the following trade offer...

I am in a contract-based keeper league and I've been offered Addison Russell (2 year- $13/$15) and Orlando Arcia (3 year- $3/$5/$7) for Xander Bogaerts (2 year- $18/$20).  I'm officially in rebuild mode, because I lost Kershaw and Harper to free agency last season, and my team probably won't be competitive again until 2017.  I'm also biased on Russell, because I'm a Cubs fan, and it might be clouding my judgement.  Thoughts?

Depends on what you see Bogaerts as, but he's the best keeper SS behind Correa.

Xander just put up a 4 win season with a 109 wRC+ and I bet you more power comes.

I think I'd keep Xander personally.
